采取室內鹽霧試驗和電化學阻抗譜研究了1050A鋁合金在模擬海洋大氣環(huán)境中的腐蝕行為, 采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和能譜儀(EDS)觀察分析腐蝕產物表面形貌、結構和組成。結果表明, 隨著腐蝕的不斷進行, 腐蝕產物不斷增多, 失重增加, 阻抗值逐漸減小。腐蝕產物形貌主要以團狀或塊狀的形式存在, 并不斷向外延伸擴大, 呈現(xiàn)不均勻的凹凸形貌; 腐蝕產物主要有鋁的氯化物、Al2O3、Al(OH)3和AlO(OH)等。電化學阻抗譜擬合結果顯示, 腐蝕速率呈先增加后降低的趨勢。
Salt fog test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to study the corrosion of 1050A aluminium alloy in was in simulated marine atmosphere environment. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were employed to observe and analyze the surface morphology, structure and composition of the corrosion products of 1050A aluminium alloy in marine atmosphere. The results showed that corrosion products increased, mass loss increased and the resistance value gradually decreased with testing hours prolonging. Surface observation revealed that corrosion products were accumulated and agglomerated. The corrosion products were mainly aluminum chloride, Al2O3, Al(OH)3, AlO(OH) and so on. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy fitting results show that the corrosion rate first increased and then decreased.
