在室溫下對(duì)5083H111軋制鋁合金板三個(gè)典型方向——軋制方向(RD方向)、與軋制方向成45°角方向(MD方向)、垂直于軋制方向(TD方向)的試樣進(jìn)行了單軸對(duì)稱應(yīng)變控制的低調(diào)疲勞試驗(yàn),研究了不同方向試樣的循環(huán)變形行為和疲勞壽命差異。結(jié)果表明:鋁合金板在三個(gè)方向上都表現(xiàn)出了明顯的循環(huán)硬化特性,即在恒定的應(yīng)變幅下,三個(gè)方向的響應(yīng)應(yīng)力幅均隨著循環(huán)次數(shù)的增加而增大,并且外加應(yīng)變幅越大,響應(yīng)應(yīng)力幅也越大;三個(gè)方向的低周疲勞ε-Nf曲線差別不明顯;三參數(shù)冪函數(shù)壽命模型可以很好地預(yù)測(cè)5083H111鋁合金的低周疲勞壽命。
Uniaxial symmetrical strain-controlled fatigue tests were conducted at room temperature for rolled aluminum alloy plates along three typical directions,the rolling direction (RD),the direction at 45° angle with the rolling direction (MD),and the transverse direction (TD),to study the differences of cyclic deformation and fatigue lives of the 5083H111 alloy plates. The results show that the rolled alloy plates were characterized by obvious cyclic hardening in three directions-that was to say the responded stress amplitude increased progressively with the increase of the cycles number. The larger the applied strain amplitudes,the larger the responded stress amplitudes. However,the differences among the ε-Nf curves in three directions were not obvious. The fatigue lives of the alloy plates were predicted by a three-parameter power function failure model,and the predicted lives were in good agreement with the experimental ones.
